Reconstruction
According to Prof. Zhao's reconstruction of the Tianxia System, Tianxia presupposed "inclusion of all" and implied acceptance of the world's diverse human populations, emphasizing harmonious reciprocal dependence and ruled by virtue as a means for lasting peace.
