State of Being—Trusteeship. Humankind has a unique biology that comprises the three stages of material existence—mineral, vegetable and animal. But what sets humanity apart is that it occupies a fourth stage, a level above the rest, a stage inclusive of consciousness and creativity that’s inherent to spirituality. This spiritual core provides humanity with foresight, planning, inventiveness, freedom of expression, and the ability of discovery.

This analogy supports our underlying premise that humanity is a species endowed with an awesome potential, a potential that has forged its progressive and successive stages of advancement to attain a state of consciousness that now includes global awareness.

As a result, humanity now stands at a juncture in human history where it must decide how to secure its collective security going forward. The process must include determining how to galvanize a collective will to consult, plan, create, and implement a viable global human development strategy, a strategy that’s congruent with humanity’s status as a spiritually endowed species and used as a framework to support social revitalization.

This process will be a challenging undertaking and everyone must be onboard. This includes local, national, and international agencies and social institutions, businesses government agencies, non-governmental organizations, religious entities; and inclusive to and mutually support by individuals, families, and communities. It's a long-term endeavour that's not without anxiety as incremental stages of accomplishment and associated long-term projects are without end.
