Prallagon Consulting Group
Statement of Privacy, Unity,
and Collaborative Trust
Preamble: Our Shared Foundation
This Statement of Privacy is an integral part of the Prallagon Trilateral Ecosystem’s (Prallagon.com, Praxis-Nexus.com, Prallaxis.com) overarching Statement of Policy for Global Human Development. It reflects our institutional commitment to transparency and dignity as we advance human development globally.
We recognize that trust is the foundation of all collaborative endeavors. In a world facing complex global crises, protecting personal information is not merely a legal obligation but a fundamental ethical responsibility. This statement affirms our commitment to handling your data with the highest standards of care, respect, and integrity, consistent with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other key national and regional data privacy laws, and contemporary international frameworks.
Our work is a non-commercial, volunteer-led effort focused on long-term, creative strategy for human advancement (2026–2226, in 25-50-year intervals). We do not sell data, engage in surveillance capitalism, or use personal information in ways that conflict with our mission to foster unity, diversity of thought, and collaborative solution-building for the global transition, as presented within the Prallagon Ecosystem, including its Civ-OS (Civilization Operating System) framework.
Our Core Principles
1. Humanity’s Oneness: We view every individual as a member of a single, interconnected human family. Your privacy is intrinsic to your dignity.
2. Diversity & Inclusiveness: We celebrate the full spectrum of human experience, identity, and opinion. Our data practices are designed to be equitable and non-discriminatory.
3. Consultative & Collaborative: We believe privacy is a shared compact, not a unilateral dictate. This policy evolves through internal consultation and feedback from our community of like-minded individuals.
4. Non-Religious & Ethical Alignment: Our standards are grounded in universal ethical principles—trustworthiness, reciprocity, non-malevolence, and respect for autonomy—rather than in religion, a religious creed, or a specific doctrine.
5. Radical Transparency & Minimalism: We collect only what is necessary for our stated, pro-social purposes. We are transparent about how we use it.
#1. Scope & Acceptance of This Statement
This statement applies to all interactions with the Prallagon Ecosystem, including our websites, collaborative platforms, forums, communications (e.g., newsletters), and any volunteer-led projects or working groups. It applies to all participants—visitors, collaborators, contributors, and stakeholders.
By engaging with our ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described herein. We will never seek your agreement through passive methods (e.g., “browsing constitutes acceptance”). Your active, informed, and unambiguous consent will be obtained for any non-essential data processing.
#2. Data We Collect: Minimal & Purpose-Limited
In keeping with our commitment to data minimization, we collect only the information necessary to foster our collaborative community and advance our shared mission.
- Volunteer-Provided Information: When you join a working group, subscribe to our strategic newsletter, or participate in a consultation, we may collect:
- Identity Data: Name, preferred pronoun, and a general geographic region (e.g., "Southeast Asia," "Western Europe") for diversity mapping.
- Contact Data: Email address for coordination and essential updates.
- Collaborative Data: Ideas, proposals, and feedback you voluntarily share in forums, shared documents, or working sessions. You retain ownership of your intellectual contributions, but when these are shared for group consultation, that ownership becomes inactive, as they become part of the group's property for discussion, analysis, and use with other proposals to facilitate quality decision-making.
- Automatically Collected (Technical) Data: When you visit our platforms, our servers may temporarily log:
- Usage Data: Aggregated, non-identifiable information about page visits and feature use to help us improve our collaborative tools.
- Technical Data: Browser type, device type, and operating system.
- We do NOT use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling. We may use strictly necessary session cookies for platform functionality (e.g., to keep you logged in), which are deleted when you close your browser.
- What We Do NOT Collect (Explicitly):
- No sensitive personal data (political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic/biometric data, health data, or sexual orientation).
- No precise geolocation data.
- No data related to children under 16 (our platforms are for adults engaged in professional/volunteer strategic work).
#3. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR Alignment)
We process your personal data only under the following lawful bases:
- Consent: For sending non-essential communications (e.g., strategic digests). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate Interests: For managing our volunteer ecosystem, communicating essential operational information (e.g., meeting changes), protecting our community from harm, and improving our collaborative platforms. We always balance our legitimate interests with your rights and freedoms.
- Legal Obligation: In the rare event we are required by law (e.g., a valid court order from a competent jurisdiction), we will comply, but only after seeking to narrow the request.
#4. How We Use Your Information: Unity & Collaboration in Action
Your information enables the collective effort to build foundational elements for a global transition. We use it exclusively for:
- Community Coordination: Organizing working groups, facilitating collaborative problem-solving, and sharing relevant project updates.
- Strategic Foresight: Analyzing aggregate, anonymized data to understand the diverse perspectives within our community and identify creative solutions to global crises.
- Platform Improvement: Ensuring our digital infrastructure supports inclusive, respectful, and productive collaboration.
- Security & Integrity: Protecting the ecosystem from spam, harassment, malicious actors, or other activities that undermine our culture of unity and respect.
#5. Sharing & Disclosure: When and Why
We will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Your Explicit Consent: For a specific purpose you have approved (e.g., introducing you to a collaborator in another organization).
- With Essential Service Providers: We may use trusted, GDPR-compliant platforms for email delivery or secure document collaboration. These processors are contractually bound to act only on our instructions and to maintain the highest level of security.
- For Legal Compliance: If required by law in your or our jurisdiction, we will disclose data only after a good-faith determination that the request is valid and after notifying you, unless prohibited.
- To Protect Vital Interests: In the extremely unlikely event of an imminent threat to someone’s physical safety.
#6. Your Rights: Empowerment & Agency
As a reflection of our commitment to human dignity, you have the following rights, which we will facilitate promptly and without charge:
- Right to Access & Portability: Know what data we hold about you and receive a copy in a structured, common format.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your data, particularly if consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer needed for our legitimate purposes.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Temporarily limit how we use your data while a concern is resolved.
- Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including for any form of automated analysis (which we do not perform).
- Right to Withdraw Consent: For any activity based solely on your consent (e.g., non-essential communications).
To exercise any right, contact our Data Stewardship Coordinator at privacy@prallagon.com. We will respond within 30 days.
#7. Data Security & Retention: Stewardship, Not Ownership
- Security: We employ industry-standard technical and organizational measures—encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews—to protect your data from breach or loss. Our volunteer leaders and collaborators are trained in these principles.
- Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined here or as you remain an active participant.
- Active collaborator data: Retained for the duration of your participation plus 12 months for follow-up.
- Inactive accounts: Deleted or fully anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
- Newsletters-only contacts: Retained until you unsubscribe.
- International Transfers: Our volunteer ecosystem is global. Data may be stored on servers in the EU, US, or other regions, but always with GDPR-level protections in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
#8. Community & Conduct: Fostering a Safe Collaborative Space
Privacy is essential to psychological safety. All members of the Prallagon Ecosystem are expected to uphold the following principles of conduct:
- Respect for Confidentiality: Do not share personal information or ideas from internal forums without explicit permission.
- No Harassment or Doxxing: Any act to expose, weaponize, or harass another member using their data is a fundamental violation of our unity principle.
- Consultative Dispute Resolution: Should a privacy concern arise between members, we will employ a collaborative, restorative process before any other action.
#9. Children’s Data
Our platforms and strategic work are directed toward adults of legal age in their jurisdiction (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
#10. Changes to This Statement
As our ecosystem evolves and new standards emerge, we may update this statement. Any material changes will be announced via our primary communication channels (e.g., project e-mailing list) at least 30 days in advance, inviting your consultation and feedback—embodying our collaborative approach. The "Last Reviewed" date below will always be updated.
#11. Contact & Accountability
We have appointed a volunteer Data Stewardship Coordinator to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy and relevant laws. For all privacy-related inquiries, concerns, or to report a potential data breach:
Email: privacy@prallagon.com
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., your national Data Protection Authority in the EU) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
Last Reviewed: May 27, 2026

This Statement of Privacy is a living document, reflecting our shared journey toward a just, unified, and thriving global civilization. It is a tool for building trust, not a weapon of legal compliance.
