3. Volunteer Service – No Commercial Warranty
The Service is provided entirely on a volunteer basis. There is no charge for access, and no commercial relationship exists between you and the Service operators. You acknowledge that:
- The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
- There is no guarantee of uptime, reliability, or support response times.
- No paid customer support or service‑level agreements apply.

4. Account Registration (If Applicable)
Some features of Praxis‑Nexus or Prallaxis may require an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized account access.
- Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

Volunteer administrators reserve the right to reject or revoke any account at their sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable law (local, state, national, or international).
- Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or engaging in phishing.
- Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming any person or group.
- Posting or transmitting illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that incites violence.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Interfering with the operation of the Service (e.g., denial‑of‑service attacks, automated scraping without permission).
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming affiliation with the Service.
- Collecting or storing personal data of other users without their explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP
All logos, trademarks ("Prallagon," "Praxis‑Nexus," "Prallaxis"), original code, graphics, and design elements of the Service are owned by the volunteer operators or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable open‑source licenses (if any).

6.2 User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the volunteer operators a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VOLUNTEER OPERATORS OF PRALLAGON.COM, PRAXIS‑NEXUS, AND PRALLAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY VOLUNTEERS WITHOUT ANY COMMERCIAL CONSIDERATION, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE VOLUNTEER OPERATORS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (WHICH IS $0 FOR THE VOLUNTEER SERVICE), OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE VOLUNTEER OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. No volunteer makes any representation or guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.

9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently delete your account and access to the Service **at any time, for any reason or no reason**, including but not limited to:

- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Extended inactivity (e.g., more than 12 months).
- Any conduct that, in the volunteer operators’ sole judgment, harms the Service, its users, or the volunteer community.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the available account settings. Upon termination, your User Content may be permanently deleted.

10. Dispute Resolution (Informal Only – No Arbitration Required)
Because the Service is run by volunteers and is non‑commercial, formal arbitration is impractical. Instead, the following applies:

10.1 Informal Good‑Faith Negotiation
If a dispute arises between you and the volunteer operators relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us at policy@prallagon.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

10.2 No Binding Arbitration or Class Actions
You and the volunteer operators agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis through informal negotiation or, if necessary, in small claims court (if eligible) in the jurisdiction where the volunteer operators primarily reside. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against the Service.

10.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.4 Venue for Litigation
If informal resolution fails and the dispute cannot be heard in small claims court, the exclusive venue for any lawsuit shall be the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the volunteer operators and their individual volunteers from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your use of the Service; or (d) your violation of any third‑party rights.

12. Modification of Terms or Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted at Prallagon.com/terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Service or by email (if you have an account). Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

13. Third‑Party Links
The Service may contain links to external websites or resources. The volunteer operators do not endorse and are not responsible for any content, products, or privacy practices of third‑party sites. You access them at your own risk.

14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Because this is a volunteer service, we minimize data collection and do not sell your data.

15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the volunteer operators.
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to any successor volunteer organization.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or volunteer availability.
